  • You and I will schedule a 60-90 minute session at your home or office when it is convenient for you. I will sit down with you and hear your story prior to doing a thorough assessment your issue. We will discuss a plan of action to get you back to full speed and begin treatment.

  • Comfortable, athletic clothing is recommended but not required. If we are assessing a leg or hip issue shorts are best. For shoulder and neck issues, a loose fitting shirt is best so your shoulder blades are accessible.

  • No! You have Direct Access to physical therapy in Kentucky.

  • I am not in network with any insurance providers. Current insurance reimbursement rates force most therapy providers to treat multiple patients at a time. They also dictate what services are covered.

    I do not want your care to be dictated by a third party that does not care about you. Being out of network allows me to treat you one-on-one and provide the best care to address your goals.

    I can provide the information needed to make it easy to file a claim for reimbursement with your insurance provider (excluding Medicare).

  • Yes in many cases and I make it easy for you to do this. (excluding Medicare).

  • Yes, you can absolutely use your HSA benefits to pay for my services.

  • I do not participate in Medicare but you still have the right to pay for your own health services should you chose to work with me.
