“I suffered for 3 years with hip pain that would migrate around my hip and hamstring. I had done over 6 months of PT 2x a week. I was able to train but after about 3 weeks of good training, I would keep needing to back off because my hamstring would be really uncomfortable with every step. I started seeing Zac and then decided to start training for the Derby Marathon. My leg continues to improve each week and I’m now 9 weeks into my marathon training. Dry needling and simple specific exercises are getting me there. I no longer have daily pain and continue to see improvements.
